This 1950's bungalow style house in Bellflower, California had all original fixtures, bathrooms and kitchen designs. After my client purchased this "fixer upper" home we got our hands dirty. We ripped out the carpet and refinished the orginal hardwood floors, brought in custom cabinetry and bathroom fixtures and replaced the outdated stucco with all new stucco. Current lighting, plumbing and electrical codes were all employed to bring the house up to standard and to meet the Green Efficency Act.
